Rasta Värnamo is a restaurant and hotel belonging to Rasta Sverige AB, which operates 30 motorway service stations across Sweden. Rasta aims to be the natural stop along the roads, and in Värnamo we offer both dining and accommodation. We primarily serve traditional Swedish home cooking, à la carte dishes, and coffee breaks. Rasta Värnamo is open every day from 06:00 to 22:00, meaning shifts vary between mornings and evenings.

Job Description

We are currently looking for a restaurant assistant who is passionate about the hospitality industry and enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment.

The role involves frequent interaction with people, making social skills essential. You are quality-conscious, organized, and take pride in maintaining a clean and tidy workspace.

Your duties include setting up food at the counter, light food preparation, dishwashing, and checking hotel guests in and out.

We consider it a given that you are meticulous, responsible, hardworking, and a cheerful colleague who always puts the guest and the work first.

Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.

Qualifications and Experience

• To serve as a responsible server, you must be at least 20 years old.
• Service-oriented attitude – Ability to greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Stress resistance and flexibility – The restaurant environment can be hectic, especially during peak hours.

Working Hours and Benefits

Employment Type: Permanent
Hours: 80–100 %
Working Hours: Varying shifts, including weekends and evenings.
Salary: According to collective agreement.
Start Date: August 3rd or as agreed.
